Calénnawn has no capital letters. In transcription, however, capitals are used to enhance readability.

Doubled consonants

Note 1: ss and nn have irregular double forms, but regular pronunciation.
Note 2: tt and dd have regular double forms, but irregular pronunciation (see the phonology document). To obtain regular pronunciation, break the digraph with a hyphen (t-t and d-d, see below for Punctuation symbols.

In these documents, the order of letters used in word lists is:

The cúsibi prefer the order as indicated in the phonology document, which is roughly by series, front-to-back, vowels last; however, the tt and dd phonemes have no separate letterals:
